Ashley Velategui is a wealth manager and financial advisor with a strong background in mathematics and economics. She has been with Bernstein for nearly two decades, starting her career in 2007 and joining the Wealth Strategies Group in 2011. Velategui has been instrumental in driving the growth of Bernstein’s West Coast markets and has been recognized for her leadership and dedication. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a BA, magna cum laude, in mathematics and economics from Whitman College. Velategui’s expertise includes helping clients navigate liquidity events, managing income taxes, and developing diversification strategies for concentrated stock positions. She is also known for her work in special needs planning and has been a key figure in Bernstein’s Wealth Forecasting System, a proprietary planning tool used in client engagements.
